Hors d’Oeuvres:
Swordfish bites & oregano-orange chimichurri
Baked feta with pomegranate molasses & herbs

Appetizer:
Spinach salad with roasted red onions, apples, bacon, sweet potatoes, chestnuts, pomegranate & creme fraiche-goat cheese dressing 

Entree:
Chicken or Tofu Marbella
Brown rice
Butter-grilled Brussels sprouts

Dessert:
Individual winter pavlova with spiced apple sauce, miso caramel & whipped cream
