Paul Grieco, James Beard Award-winning sommelier, and Marco Canora, James Beard Award-winning chef, will be pairing that classic Signet beverage, sherry, with a five-course menu.  This ain't Faculty Club plonk, either:  expect to be shocked by the range, elegance and food-friendliness of these fine wines, which will progress from bone-dry to syrupy-sweet.  Paul's clever insights, dropped in at the beginning of each course, will make you a minor sherry expert by the end of the evening.
